In addition to the cottage, a separate bedroom is available (12 sq.m with en-suite bathroom and toilet) with a 30sq.m living room (with a fireplace). This is located on the ground floor, in a wing of the owners’ house. Separate entrance. These 2 rooms (bedroom and living room) cannot be accessed directly from the cottage, only from the outside – see sketch plan below.
