2024 Terms and conditions

The rates  in 2024 are "all inclusive"

(except "end stay cleaning")

Included in the rental price : water, gas, electricity, maintenance products, firewood, linen (bed linen, towels, kitchen linen, table linen), access to swimming pool owners heated from May to September.

Damage deposit : 250 euros

On request, possibility of end stay cleaning :

Gîte : 40 euros

Gîte+ 4/5 persons option: 50 euros

Arrival/Departure

- Full week (Saturday/Saturday)

Arrival on Saturday at 17:00, departure on Saturday at 10:00 AM

- 4 nights stay : arrival on Monday 05:00 PM, departure on Friday 10:00 AM

- 3 days week-end : arrival on Friday 05:00 PM, departure on Sunday 04:00 PM

4 nights stay, 3 days, week-end : low season only
